Our Mission
To unite Mapleton’s event organizers, volunteers, and business community under one coordinated effort, ensuring that town-wide celebrations and initiatives are planned efficiently, promoted effectively, and executed with excellence. By working together, we aim to enhance community engagement, support local businesses, and uphold the traditions that make Mapleton unique.
Our Areas of Collaboration
Food & Vendors – Coordinating local and regional food options for all town events.
Music & Entertainment – Booking and managing entertainment to bring vibrancy to our celebrations.
Parade Organization – Ensuring smooth planning and execution of parades, including logistics and participants.
Auctions (Live & Silent) – Streamlining fundraising efforts through organized and impactful auctions.
Advertising, Marketing, & PR – Promoting events effectively through digital, print, and social media channels.
Volunteers – Recruiting, organizing, and supporting the volunteers who make our events possible.
Attractions – Planning engaging activities, from historical reenactments to interactive experiences.
Event Sponsorship & Partnership - Asking businesses to sponsor events or parts of them.
